About Us

How We're Helping

Our Lady of Lourdes  is a Roman Catholic Parish under the Archdiocese of Vancouver. We are one of the oldest French and English speaking parishes in Coquitlam. Over the past 100 years, we have assisted thousands of families, both parishioners and visitors, with their spiritual and financial needs.

Gratitude to Our Families

Our community is blessed with amazing individuals and families. We are so grateful for your help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, and spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of this amazing community.

Corpus Christi Procession

Join us for a Eucharistic Procession through the streets of Maillardville on the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, June 7. This year, we will walk from Our Lady of Fatima to Our Lady of Lourdes (reverse direction from last year), starting at 1 pm. The Knights of Columbus will provide some refreshments at the conclusion. The procession is a public and reverent witness to the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. Everyone is welcome to come.

St. Jean Baptiste Day Mass in French

Come, celebrate St. Jean Baptiste Day on June 24. For Catholics, it is the feast day of the Nativity of St John the Baptist. Of those born of women, no one is greater than John the Baptist (Luke 7:28) For the French-Canadian community in general, it is an important cultural holiday. Pope Pius X, in 1908, declared St. John the Baptist to be the patron saint of all French-speaking Canadians, regardless of where they live in Canada. The Mass will be followed by a traditional French Canadian celebration with music, jigs, reels, dancing and food. Come and be a French Canadian for a day! Tout le monde est le bienvenue! All are welcome! Wednesday, June 24 at 7 pm.

Pray rosary for parish renewal

Parish Renewal Tuesday Rosary

 Parish Renewal Tuesday Rosary

Everyone is invited to join in praying the Rosary for our parish, including its outreach to the community. The missional prayer Rosary will take place on Tuesday morning 9:00 AM (after Mass) and at 5:00 PM. We seek the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on our parish for the spiritual well-being and growth of our parishioners and a God-led awakening and welcome to our surrounding community. Please pray with us.

Hello there!
